driven, height adjustable driven by belts by means of mechanical linkage system.

Binder: Automatic and adjustable BCS binding machine, binding with rope

Capacity: Up to 750 bundles per hour in continuous operation. Actual capacity depends on manpower
and transport to depot. According to our own experience up to 4500 bundles/9 hours/2 people
working the reed + 1 machinist.

Sideshift: 250 mm hydraulically

Transport: The head can be partially dismantled for transport and then has a transport width of less than
3.0 m

Hydraulics: 9x 100cc and 1x 50cc hydraulic motors.

Total need for oil minimal approx. 180l/min at max 200 bar separated in two systems and 2
double hydraulic functions.

Header comes attached with standard DVC lifting boom and a separate fitting Mounting plate which needs to be attached accordingly to your machine.
